I Love Designer is headquartered in London, all our transactions are in UK pounds sterling. Our pricing includes VAT (sales tax) at the prevailing rate of 20%. Orders delivered outside the EU will have this deducted but may be required to pay import tax and/or local sales tax. You will be able to see different currencies on the site however we will charge you in British Pounds (GBP / £).

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNT PROFILE?
All personal information is stored in the “My Account” section of the site, which can be accessed by clicking "My Account" on the top of the page. Once you’re in, you can view, change or edit any of your personal information.
IS MY ORDER INSURED?
All orders shipped to you are fully insured for loss, theft or damage. We expertly and carefully pack every item. If we sell it, we will pack and insure any items in transit to their destination. Items returned to us using our approved delivery partner (DHL) are also insured. You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by email or phone within 14 days of receipt of goods, and use the returns documentation included in your package. Note that we are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage if items are returned to us by any other method than our approved delivery partner.
HOW AM I CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
You will be charged for your order when the item(s) shipped. All major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal) and charges are in British Ponds (GBP/£).
WHAT COUNTRY DO WE SHIP TO?
We ship domestically as well as internationally. The majority of product is shipped from our headquarters in London; however, there are several designers/artisans that ship directly from their warehouses abroad. This will be clearly stated on the respective product page.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
An email notification will be sent once your order has shipped and a tracking number will be provided. The status of your order can then be tracked via www.dhl.com.
We offer gift wrapping free of charge. When you select the gift option within the checkout page, all items within the order will be sent wrapped in our signature gift wrapping. Your order will arrive beautifully presented, wrapped by hand in I Love Designer packaging. All items are packed by hand by our experienced professional team to withstand the rigours of transportation.
IS IT COMPULSORY TO SIGN UP TO OUR NEWSLETTER?
No you can decide when you purchase whether you would like to hear from us.If you subscribe to the newsletter and then change your mind, you can unsubscribe automatically from any of the newsletters that we send. You can also email us and we will unsubscribe your name for you.
From time to time we will offer promotions where you will be able to particpate by inserting the promotion code at the checkout stage.
